Brent boasts an impressive collection of skills and knowledge, allowing him to deliver comprehensive Facility Assessments such as the one conducted for our church in San Diego in need of a thorough assessment to understand its condition and chart course for necessary repairs. Brent spent several days assessing the campus, taking meticulous notes on each roof, HVAC system, structure, parking lot, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment. His findings were compiled into a detail sheet, featuring serial numbers, model numbers, manufacture year, and recommended lifespans for each unit, accompanied by photographs. During his presentation, Brent shared innovative repair strategies that optimized quality while minimizing expenses, making him a highly recommended professional.
