It is a 4 step process: 1. Understanding 2. Analysis 3. Planning 4. Action 4. Action means time to implement! NOw it is time to develop specifid project plans that support the SFP. This is the Tactical Plan, full detailed implementation plans. These plans, like the SFP, can be fluid, so be prepared to update as change corrections happen, as conditions change. Every project approved in the SFP will have its own Tactical Plan for internal completion or outside source completion. They are playbooks that must be followed to meet the objectives of the SFP, shich meets the objectives of the Organizations SP. Happy SFP creation.
